About me
I’m a nurse practitioner and health coach with over a decade of experience helping women feel strong, confident, and in control of their bodies. I began my perimenopause transition in my late 30s—and like many high-achieving women, I did all the wrong things to try to lose weight. More cardio. Less food. More frustration.
That experience led me to rebuild my approach using evidence-based strategies that work with a woman’s hormones—not against them.
